ENTRY GUIDE
Start your Entry Process
The entry process is designed to be straightforward. The most successful entries focus on clear evidence — performance data, client outcomes, and concrete examples — rather than general capability statements.
Entries are submitted through the online portal. Your progress is saved automatically and you do not need to complete your entry in one session.
How to enter?
Select your categories. Review the full category list and identify the categories most relevant to your institution. You may enter multiple categories.
Register. Create an account on the entry portal. One account can manage multiple entries for the same institution.
Complete the entry form. Each category has a dedicated entry form. Answer all questions and upload supporting evidence. The maximum word count per entry 1500 words.
Review and submit. Review your entry before submitting. Once submitted, entries can still be edited until the closing deadline without contacting the awards team.
Confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email for each submitted entry. The judging panel will assess all entries after the submission deadline.
